dd11 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between dd11 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "Member"). By using the dd11 website and application, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you are automatically considered to have accepted the new terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

The following eligibility conditions must be met to open an account and participate in games on the dd11 platform:

• You must operate a valid mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your own name.
• One person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.

3.1 Account Creation

When creating an account on dd11, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and all required information. The mobile number provided will be verified and must be linked to your mobile banking account.

3.2 Password & Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and never share your login details with any third party. dd11 bears no responsibility for any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

dd11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Any violation of the terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Use of bots or automated software

4.1 Deposit

Funds may only be deposited on the dd11 platform through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Always use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account registered with your dd11 account.

4.3 Verification

dd11 may request additional information or documents for identity verification before processing any deposit or withdrawal. We reserve the right to hold payments on suspicious transactions until an investigation is complete.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dd11's welcome bonus is 120% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳26,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 total wagering required.

5.3 Important Bonus Terms

• A member is eligible for a welcome bonus offer only once.
• Only bets placed on designated games or betting markets count toward completing the wagering requirement.
• Requesting a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• dd11 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If proven abuse of a bonus is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets placed on dd11 will be settled according to the platform's rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed, except in cases of technical error.

6.2 Technical Errors

dd11 reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on odds or payouts that were incorrectly displayed due to server issues, network outages, or software errors.

6.3 Maximum Payout

A maximum payout limit is set for each game or betting market, which may change from time to time. Contact us via live chat or email to find out the latest limits.

6.4 Fraud & Manipulation

If we find evidence that a member is involved in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, collusion, or any other fraudulent activity, the relevant account will be immediately closed and the balance will be forfeited.

dd11's VIP program has five tiers. Members advance to higher tiers progressively based on their gaming activity.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

dd11 reserves the right to change the terms, tiers, or rewards of the VIP program at any time. Separate terms apply when claiming specific VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dd11 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or systems
• Harassing or engaging in aggressive behavior toward other members
• Registering using a false identity or another person's identity

If any of the above violations are proven, the relevant account will be immediately and permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.
